Sweet and soft donuts
Overview
Donuts are another form of bread. They are fried and not as healthy as baked ones. However, the temptation of deliciousness is hard to resist. I want to have a luxury once in a while, but I always get out of hand as soon as I make them. The baby wants to eat them again two days after eating them. My older friends also like them very much. Anyway, the ones you make are cleaner than those bought outside, so keep making them, haha...

Mix glutinous rice flour and water and put it in the microwave on high heat for about two minutes

Place the cooked glutinous rice paste in the refrigerator for an hour

Mix flour, rock sugar powder, yeast, milk powder and salt

Pour the egg liquid and glutinous rice paste into the bread machine barrel

Pour in the mixed flour and set to quick kneading speed for 20 minutes

Add butter and knead for another 20 minutes

Check whether the fascia can be pulled out. If it can be pulled out, it’s ok. If not, continue to rub it for a while

Turn to the fermentation setting and ferment for about an hour until it reaches 2.5 times in size

Deflate the air and let it rest for about 15 minutes, then roll it into 5mm thick slices

Use a grinding tool to carve out the flower shape

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment again until doubled in size

When the oil is 30% hot, add the donuts and fry slowly over low heat
