Clean the fish.

Chop onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Heat oil in the pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add the fish and fry over low heat, then turn over and fry again.

Add enough beer to cover the fish body.

Add a spoonful of teriyaki sauce.
