Overview
My eyes have been feeling uncomfortable these past few days. My husband said that I surfed the Internet too much and the computer radiated radiation. It made me dumbfounded, knowing that my husband doesn’t like me surfing the Internet too much. Every time I see me busy with recipes online, I would be told to be careful not to overuse my eyes. I am a cook myself. Pork liver is a good thing for people who love to surf the Internet. I make my own diet to protect my eyes. I add my favorite Japanese tofu.

Ingredients: Pork liver, Japanese tofu, spinach, onion, ginger, sesame oil, chicken essence, vegetable oil, cooking wine

Rinse the pork liver with water, soak it in light salt water, blanch it with boiling water and cooking wine, remove the blood and scoop it up
