To celebrate the solar term, I made rainbow steamed dumplings and fried them into winter solstice-shaped rainbow ice flower dumplings. The layer is thin, crispy and resembles the beauty of ice flowers.

Wash the green radish, remove both ends, peel and grate into shreds.

Ice flower paste: 100g water, 45g cooking oil, 10g low-gluten flour, mix thoroughly.

You have to wait for the batter to dry (there is no time to take pictures at this time). Put a plate of the same size on the dumplings, then turn the pot upside down, and the dumplings will be placed on the plate. Be careful not to burn your hands.
