Knead flour + yeast + water into a smooth dough and ferment it for 40 minutes. (You don’t need to ferment it twice in size)

Wash the ingredients in the picture.

Cut various filling ingredients as shown in the picture.

Cut the soaked vermicelli into small pieces.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color, then add the shiitake mushrooms.

Add onions, add soy sauce, sugar, and salt in turn and stir-fry.

Mix in the vermicelli, add pepper and MSG to taste.

Add chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly, remove from pan and let cool.

Divide the dough into small pieces, roll it into a round shape, and wrap the fillings.

Prepare them all in sequence, brush the surface with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
