Fresh Vegetable and Wheat Pimple Soup
Overview
This pimple soup is made by my grandma when I was little. When I was little, my grandma would put half a gourd in it. We both drank happily. We haven’t had the pimple soup made by grandma for a long time. I made a bowl of it myself ^^

Cabbage, asparagus, dried beans, black fungus, shredded

Add flour to water and stir into a slightly dry batter

Heat oil in a pan

Add dried tofu and fungus and stir-fry

Then add cabbage and stir-fry

Continue to add asparagus and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of salt and pepper

Add boiling water to cover the vegetables
