Oyster Sauce Mushroom Tofu
Overview
This is a tofu dish that my children like to eat. The tofu is cut into large pieces and eaten in the mouth. It is quite enjoyable. The tender mushrooms also play a role in improving the flavor and freshness.

Wash the mushrooms and cut them with a diagonal blade.

Cut the tofu into large pieces and fry until brown and crispy on both sides.

Use the remaining oil from frying the tofu and sauté the onions and dried red peppers.

Add mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add fried tofu.

Add appropriate amount of water and bring the oyster sauce to a boil over high heat.

When the soup is almost gone, add coriander and serve.
