Quinoa Laba Porridge
Overview
The Laba Festival is here, so I made this bowl of Laba porridge with various grains. It is soft, glutinous and sticky, and there are quinoa with little moon buds exposed. Quinoa is a low-fat, low-sugar and low-starch food. It is used to replace our rice and pasta, which can prevent obesity caused by excessive accumulation of calories in the body. Quinoa is an alkaline food, and our daily consumption of too much big fish and meat will make the body acidic and easily lead to a sub-healthy state. After eating quinoa, it can improve the acid-base balance in the body and maintain a healthy body. Quinoa is an excellent source of soluble and insoluble fiber. Both types of fiber have an effect on regulating blood sugar levels, lowering cholesterol and protecting the heart.
