Stewed Vermicelli with Fried Vegetables and Meat

My mother-in-law gave me a big green vegetable. She said it was rapeseed. I didn’t think it was rapeseed, but I didn’t know what kind of vegetable it was.

Such a vegetable weighs about 5 to 6 pounds. The leaves are like rapeseed, but the stems are round and white, while the stems of rapeseed are flat.

Break off some leaves and wash them.
