Wash the white radish, peel and cut into pieces. Wash the beef brisket and mince the green onions.

Marinate beef brisket with seasonings for 15 minutes.

Place the beef brisket into the inner pot of the electric cooker and add appropriate amount of water. Add 3 cups of water to the outer pot and start simmering.

After the water boils, add the radish and continue simmering.

Add water halfway through and stew the beef brisket until tender.
