  1. Wash the purchased pork belly and soak it in salt water for 1 hour

  2. Wash the soaked pork liver, wipe it dry and cut into thin slices, then add minced ginger, pepper, white wine, and a little salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes. Dice the pepper, garlic, and green onion and set aside

  3. Heat oil in a pan over high heat, add garlic, scallions, and pepper and saute until fragrant

  4. Then add the pork liver and stir-fry quickly for 1 minute

  5. Then add a simmering bean paste and a little water and stir well

  6. Then sprinkle with chopped green onion and a few drops of sesame oil

  7. Finally, plate it and eat it while it’s hot! (It won’t taste good when it’s cold)
