[Hubei] Stir-fried broad beans and rice with minced meat and pickled vegetables
Overview
Broad bean rice, pickled vegetables, and minced meat are a very classic combination. It is a dish that my mother used to make. It is also my favorite side dish in my childhood. The salty pickled vegetables and the fragrance of edamame are blended together. It is salty and delicious. This dish goes well with rice, porridge and noodles, and is also great as a lunch dish. It’s well worth a try.
