Chives and Egg Pot Stickers
Overview
Make your own pot stickers and eat them. The skin is thin and the fillings are big. They are much more delicious than buying them! When I was cooking for lunch, the person at my house asked me what I was going to eat. I said I had fried some pot stickers and dumplings, but when people heard about it, they said the pot stickers were not delicious and the skin was too hard to chew. I said, I’ll make them and you won’t eat them... I didn’t expect that people would eat more than half of them
