I participated in an online agricultural product experience event and a large bag of cereals was sent to me. The thing that made me most curious was black bean money. Although I am from Xi'an, I really didn't know about this cereal that is specialty in northern Shaanxi. Immediately I called an authentic northern Shaanxi sister of mine and asked about black bean money. She said: She has only eaten soybean money made by her own family, not black bean money. Wash and peel sweet potatoes (white potatoes, sweet potatoes) and cut into hob pieces. Boil water, not too much. Cook until cooked. Don’t cut it into too big pieces, otherwise it will be difficult to cook;

Rinse various grains with water two or three times until clean. Put one piece into boiling water with sweet potatoes and cook. Add appropriate amount of water and the porridge will be ready in 15 minutes. Note that because black money is easy to ripen, there is no need to soak it in advance. Just cook them together.
