Ingredients: black fungus, tofu skin, cherry radish, cucumber, onion, garlic.

Slice cucumber, slice cherry radish, slice tofu skin, chop green onion, mince garlic, wash black fungus and cut into small pieces.

Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil, add chopped green onion and garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
