Chive meat dumplings
Overview
It’s been a long time since I made dumplings. I worked the evening shift today, so I happened to go to the market and buy dumpling wrappers. I started making them as soon as I got home. Time was tight, so I steamed the dumplings, packed them up, and went to work. The dumpling wrappers made by yourself will be softer, but it is too troublesome, but it is still good to eat like this. The big meat dumplings with chives are very fragrant and delicious.

Wash and chop the leeks and mince the ginger

Select the fat and lean pork, mince it or mince it with a meat grinder

Add peanut oil, chives, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, starch, ground ginger, salt and cooking wine

Boil a pot of water, put in the steaming rack, put the dumplings on it, cover and steam for about 12 minutes
