  1. Soak sweet potato vermicelli for two hours, wash and slice pork belly, shredded tofu and kelp, minced green onion, minced ginger and chopped green onion

  2. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 50% hot. Add in the minced onion and ginger and stir-fry the pork belly
