Add the chicken feet and add an appropriate amount of salt, a little more than you usually use for cooking. Cook for about fifteen minutes. Take it out and put it into cold boiled water, which can not only remove the gum but also make the chicken feet stronger and taste better

Put the chicken feet into a container of suitable size, add the chili pepper (you can't eat it too spicy, so use the chili pepper instead of part of the pickled pepper), a small amount of pickled pepper, an appropriate amount of vinegar and MSG, then pour the chili pepper water until the chicken feet are just covered. Cover and seal, soak for more than ten hours and you are ready to eat😁
