Overview
Summer is here, how can we live without crayfish? Come on, make it spicy, and open a can of cold beer. Hiss...ha...hahaha...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the head and gills from the lobster.
-
Pull out the shrimp thread.
-
Brush your belly and clean it.
-
Prepare onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, aniseed, dried chili peppers, rock sugar and bay leaves.
-
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the spices until fragrant.
-
Pour in the crayfish seasoning packet (I bought it together before, but it was a waste if I didn't eat it. If there is no seasoning packet, you can use Pixian bean paste and light soy sauce to consume oil, and it tastes great).
-
Stir-fry the red oil until fragrant.
-
Add crayfish and stir-fry evenly.
-
Pour in half a can of beer.
-
Add half of the hot water and bring to a boil over high heat.
-
Out of the pot, cheers!
