Mango glutinous rice cake

I like eating mangoes very much, and the mangoes in this group are very good. It feels a bit wasteful just to eat them, so it is better to make something to feel at ease; I finally decided to make glutinous rice cakes because my mother also likes this kind of soft and glutinous food. Of course, I am very satisfied with the finished product!

Prepare the required materials, sift the glutinous rice flour and cornstarch, mix and set aside

Mix the powder + sugar + milk and stir evenly (don’t pour all the milk at once, just stir it into a flowable batter

Steam for 20 minutes until cooked, stirring once in between. After steaming, refrigerate for 20 minutes

Peel the mango and cut into small pieces and set aside

Take out the refrigerated glutinous rice dough, knead it into small portions and top with mango
