This is the first time I made it. I saw many friends making it. I didn’t know what it tasted like, so I gave it a try, but it was still quite fragrant. Simple and nutritious.

Soak the dried mushrooms in advance and then mince them and set aside. Set aside onion and ginger.

Cut the minced meat and set aside. Put the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients together and stir clockwise.

Shape the minced meat into a round shape and soak the glutinous rice the morning in advance, or for more than four hours. Roll the glutinous rice to control the moisture and make the glutinous rice stick evenly. Put it in the pot and steam it.

Steaming time is 30 minutes. Remove from the pan.
