Steamed Pork
Overview
The steamed pork I make uses very few ingredients because the baby can eat it. You like spicy and strong flavors. You can add more yourself.

Main materials
-
Put the rice (glutinous rice is better) in the pot and fry until brown. Put it in a food processor and make it into powder. Add 13 spices and Calais powder to make it into steamed pork powder.
-
Put the pork belly in the pot and boil for 2 to 3 minutes, take it out and let it cool, cut it into pieces, add dark soy pepper powder and bean paste (the bean paste should be stir-fried in the pot until fragrant, then add it to the pork belly after it cools) and steam the pork powder, stir evenly, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Peel the pumpkin and cut into chunks.
-
Place the tamales piece by piece under the bowl, and put the pumpkin slices on top. Put it in the pot and steam it for 50 minutes.
-
When the finished product is out of the pot, you can put some coriander and green onions on top. The baby didn't like eating those, so I didn't put them away.
