Ingredients
- Apple 1
- Beer Appropriate amount (marinated pork ribs)
- Broccoli 1 small flower
- Butter A little
- Honey 1 tablespoon (pork ribs for coloring)
- Old soy sauce Appropriate amount (marinated pork ribs)
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Onions 1
- Oyster sauce Appropriate amount (marinated pork ribs)
- Pork ribs 600g (the side near the abdomen)
- Potatoes 1
- Red bell pepper 1
Steps
-
Prepare the ribs, fruits and vegetables, pay attention to the combination, red, yellow, green, white, sweet and fresh.
-
Marinate the ribs with dark soy sauce, salt, ginger juice, sugar, oyster sauce and beer for more than half an hour. Don't make it too salty, go with the sweetness of fruits and bell peppers.
-
Put the ribs into the baking pan and set the middle layer at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Be careful not to burn them.
-
Cut fruits and vegetables into pieces, not too small to affect the appearance.
-
Add honey to the remaining sauce from marinating the ribs and brush it on the surface of the ribs. The concentration of honey needs to be high to give it color.
-
Mix olive oil, sugar and salt, brush on the fruits and vegetables, bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, until mature. Focus on the broccoli. You can turn off the heat or cover it with tin foil later.
-
Mix the roasted ribs, vegetables and fruits and place them in a baking pan. Brush all the ingredients with high-concentration honey water, sprinkle with pepper, put a little butter on the ribs, and bake at 200 degrees in the middle for about 15 minutes. Take it out when the surface of the ribs is caramelized. Pay attention to adjust the heat and don't burn it. (I didn’t have basil leaves at home, so I didn’t add them)
-
Fresh from the oven, roasted sweet oranges taste particularly good.

Of course the most delicious thing is the ribs.
