Brioche bread
Overview
Brioche is a type of European milk bread. The brioche dough can be used to make brioche rolls and can be made with different recipes such as filling with fruit. The making process takes a while. After the medium-sized dough is added to the sweet dough and the main dough is prepared and fermented for a long time, the bread is soft and milky and delicious.

First put the medium ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough. Knead the dough for 15 minutes and then ferment it for more than two hours
