Prepare ingredients: a piece of tofu, a carrot, a small piece of ginger

Cut tofu into small pieces and blanch

Remove and drain

Chop the drained tofu into small pieces

Peel and chop carrots

Put all the ingredients into a plate, add salt, sugar, minced ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce and stir well
