Ingredients
Steps
-
One pound of kale, remove the older heads and clean them.
-
Cut the garlic into flat pieces, cut the millet into spicy cubes, and cut the ginger into shreds.
-
Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add two slices of ginger and a spoonful of oil (oil can keep the blanched kale still green).
-
Put the kale in.
-
Blanch for 2 minutes. If you like a softer texture, blanch for 3 minutes.
-
Pick it up.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, shredded ginger and millet and stir-fry for one minute.
-
Add half a bowl of starch water (half a bowl of water, one spoonful of starch, and one spoonful of soy sauce and stir evenly).
-
Add a small spoonful of sugar, pepper, salt, and starch water and slowly stir evenly.
-
Add the blanched kale and stir-fry for a minute so that each kale absorbs the sauce.
-
Arrange them neatly and pour a tablespoon of sauce from the pot.
