Seafood sweet potato noodles
Overview
Taizhou calls this stir-fried mung bean noodles, which is considered a rather unique dish. The first day I got home, there was nothing in the refrigerator, just a handful of garlic sprouts and eggs. So I had no choice but to look through the freezer warehouse and find some dried seafood that we store at home. Now the supermarkets have everything available and can be purchased.
