Stir-fried edamame with green pepper
Overview
Now is the season for eating edamame, and the weather is hot, so we basically cook porridge for lunch, which is more refreshing. Of course fried edamame goes better with porridge!

Steps
-
Heat the pot, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant~
-
Then add the edamame and stir-fry~
-
Add water until the edamame is submerged (because the edamame is not very cooked, you need to add water to simmer it). Depends on personal taste, I prefer the slightly pinker one. Then add an appropriate amount of salt, adding it earlier will make it more flavorful~
-
After about five or six minutes, add thirteen incense and continue to simmer ~
-
I like to taste it when cooking, 😄~ When the edamame is almost cooked, add green and red pepper diced and stir-fry to reduce the juice. Be sure not to leave too much soup, otherwise it will lose taste~

Then turn off the heat and put it on the plate~
