Overview

There are a lot of nuts left over from the Chinese New Year. Today I will use nuts and various ingredients to make a dish from the novel "A Dream of Red Mansions" - eggplant. It is said to be a popular dish in Jia's family.

  1. Wash and soak the shiitake mushrooms, remove the stems and dice them, wash and dice the king oyster mushrooms.
