Banana Oatmeal Cookie Bars--a simple, easy-to-make, nutritious and delicious cookie
Overview
Last time I made oatmeal cookies with white sugar. This time I added brown sugar and banana, changed the shape and made them into biscuit sticks. Oatmeal is rich in dietary fiber, which can promote intestinal peristalsis, lower blood lipids, and is also effective in weight loss; brown sugar retains all the ingredients in cane juice. In addition to having the function of sugar, it also contains a variety of vitamins and trace elements, and its nutritional content is much higher than that of white sugar.
