Chop garlic and chili pepper.

Wash and cut the cabbage, boil it in boiling water and take it out.

Remove from cold water, squeeze out excess water, and place in a basin.

Heat a pan, add a little oil, add garlic and chili and sauté until fragrant.

Quickly pour on top of the cabbage.
