Easily make simple and delicious chili sauce
Overview
When I first came to Beijing, I liked spicy food. When the chili was on the market, I would get some chili to make some sauce. After it was made, it could be sealed and stored for a year. This chili sauce is delicious whether eaten directly, made into cold dishes, or put into stir-fry dishes. After having children, I basically stopped eating chili peppers, and my family rarely bought chili peppers. A few days ago, my grandpa helped buy vegetables and bought back a lot of red peppers. Seeing so many people worried that they would go bad if they were not eaten in a short time, I remembered that I hadn’t made chili sauce in a long time, so it would be a good idea to take the opportunity to make some.
