  1. Knead the white dough ingredients into a smooth dough;

  2. Leave to ferment until about 2 times the size; (On a hot day, the fermentation speed is too fast. So, be careful not to over ferment)

  3. For the black dough part, knead it into a smooth dough and put it in a bowl for later use;

  4. Divide the fermented white dough into small doughs of even size;

  5. Roll it into a round shape with your hands; (Pinch both sides of the dough with both hands, turn it outwards and toward the bottom, repeat two or three times, the surface of the dough will be smooth)

  6. Take 1/3 of the black dough and roll it into a long and thin strip, pull out the panda’s ears and stick them on both sides of the white dough;

  7. Sprinkle some dry flour on the table, roll out the remaining black dough into a sheet, and then use a tool with large and small round holes to print out the panda's eyes
