Sautéed Cabbage and Mushrooms
Overview
Stir-fried mushrooms with cabbage, a simple but nutritious quick dish. Cabbage is quite nutritious and contains a lot of vitamin C, fiber, carbohydrates and various minerals. Sautéed Mushrooms with Cabbage, refreshing cabbage and tender mushrooms, the combination is delicious and a very good home-cooked dish.

small cabbage (about 1 pound), 4 shiitake mushrooms, half king oyster mushroom, 1 red pepper, and 1 green onion.

Tear the cabbage into small pieces by hand, soak and wash.

Wash and cut other ingredients.

Have all ingredients ready.

Heat a pan and stir-fry chopped green onions, add king oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry. Add a little water to force out the water (mucus) in the mushrooms. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add cabbage and stir-fry quickly. Finally, add red pepper, salt, and five-spice powder and stir-fry evenly.
