Cut the tofu into pieces and blanch it in water, add a little cooking oil in a pan and heat it until the tofu is golden brown.

Wash the eggplant and cut it into pieces with a hob until the tofu is soft.

Wash and cut the pepper into pieces, mince the garlic and chop the green onion.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, starch, and pepper (you can also add sugar) to the bowl, and pour in an appropriate amount of water to make the sauce.

Pour cooking oil into the pot to heat, add onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
