Overview

Pork liver is a good blood supplement, but it is not suitable for people with high cholesterol. Pork liver can be stir-fried or braised in sauce. What I prefer is the light pork liver soup.

  2. Wash the pork liver and cut into thin slices. Rinse clean with clean water. Add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes.
