Clean the squid, peel off the skin, add cooking wine to 80 degree water and blanch the squid for two minutes.

Slice onion, shred ginger, slice garlic, and cut pepper into rings.

Heat oil and pepper in a pan. When the oil is hot, stir-fry onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp paste and stir-fry.

Add pepper rings, add salt and fry until cooked.

Blanch and drain the squid. Stir fry for about a minute and turn off the heat.

Plate it and serve it. It's delicious.
