Bean dregs and scallion oil egg pancake

To make soy milk, use 4 tablespoons of the reduced bean dregs. (This amount is a bit large, enough for a family of about 4 people.) Keep a cup of soy milk for later use

In the same spoon, put 2 spoons of flour, one spoon of cornstarch or potato starch, and beat 4 eggs

Then add pepper, Sichuan peppercorns and salt (no MSG required)

Mix well, a little dry

If it's a little dry, add some soy milk to it. Be careful not to make it too clear. If it's too clear, the pancake will not be shaped.
