Fried Mushrooms with Leeks
Overview
Leeks are green in color and rich in flavor. They can be fried, mixed, stuffed, toppings, etc. The unique spicy smell they give off is very suitable for making meat or vegetarian dishes. Stir-fried mushrooms with leeks and scrambled eggs with leeks are often made at my house. The strong aroma of leeks and the softness of the mushrooms are very delicious together.
