Red dates, walnuts and multigrain porridge

Overview

The little kid is already one year and seven months old, and I have to think about what porridge to cook for her every day. Red dates can replenish blood and are undoubtedly a good choice for infants and young children who are prone to anemia. Walnuts can benefit the brain and are the most natural food for young children whose brains are developing all the time. Combined with miscellaneous grains, it just achieves a balanced diet.
