Whole wheat flower rolls with salt and pepper sesame sauce

Take an egg and beat it into a basin, add baking powder and stir evenly. Pour the flour in, add sugar and mix until it becomes flocculent.

Add a spoonful of cooking oil in it.

Knead into a smooth dough of moderate hardness and rise.

Take a small bowl and add 3 tablespoons of sesame paste, salt, pepper powder, chili powder and black sesame seeds.

Heat oil in a pot. When the oil starts to smoke, pour the hot oil into a bowl.

Mix well with a spoon.

Let the dough double in size and become full of honeycombs.

Place on a chopping board, knead to release air, form into a round ball and flatten.

Use a rolling pin to roll into a rectangular half scoop.

Place the prepared sauce on the dough and spread evenly with a spoon.

Roll up from bottom to top.

Cut into small pieces.

Stretch it with your hands and twist it in reverse.
