Super delicious carrot and fungus rice
Overview
Wash the rice and soak it in water for 15 minutes to dry. Wash the carrots and cut them into cubes. Wash and tear the fungus into small florets. Put the pork belly pieces into the pot and cook until the water boils for a while. Then take it out, rinse it with cold water and cut it into small cubes. Put a little oil in the pot, add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the meat and fry until golden brown, add a small amount of sugar, light soy sauce, oil to taste, then add water (a little more than cooking rice), after the water boils, move all the ingredients to a casserole or rice cooker, add the carrots and cook for ten minutes, then add the fungus and cook for two minutes, finally add the soaked rice and spread it out. Follow the normal cooking procedure until the switch jumps, turn it on and add an appropriate amount of salt, then mix all the ingredients evenly and simmer for another 10 minutes. (If cooked in a casserole, it will be a clay pot rice. After the casserole is boiled, cook it slowly over medium-low heat)
