Fermented bean curd chicken
Overview
Fermented bean curd is cheap and has a special taste. I like to add it to seasoning when eating hot pot. Later I discovered that fermented bean curd is also delicious when used with cooking. I really like eating chicken thighs. The meat is firm yet tender. The diced chicken made with fermented bean curd is delicious and goes well with rice.

After dicing the chicken thighs, add the mashed fermented bean curd and fermented bean curd juice, mix well and marinate for 1 hour until the flavor is absorbed

Cut green and red peppers into small pieces; cut green onions into sections

Dip the marinated chicken into a thin layer of starch

Fry in oil pan until golden brown
