Put oil in the pot, add diced sausage, stir-fry a little oil, add diced taro and seasonings, stir-fry until fragrant, set aside.

Add water and salt to the rice flour, mix well until it becomes a paste, then pour in boiling water to make a raw and cooked paste.

Put water in a steamer and bring to a boil. Brush the steaming plate with a thin layer of oil. Pour a layer of rice milk into the steaming plate, add diced taro, then add some rice milk, and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.

Pour the remaining rice milk to cover the diced taro and steam over high heat for about 20 minutes until cooked.

Take out the steamed taro cake, let it cool slightly, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and roasted (fried) peanuts.

Cut it into pieces and eat it, fry it or mix it with seasonings as you like.
