Overview
Tui Tuile cake is actually a cake base made from the chiffon cake method, then filled with cream and topped with fruit. The push tube type cake packaging is easy to carry and can be placed in a bag, so it is very popular among everyone.

Prepare materials.

Separate egg yolks and egg whites.

Add 35g of fine sugar to the egg yolks. Beat with a whisk until pale.

Add water and corn oil respectively. Then mix thoroughly. Sift in cake flour. Stir until the batter becomes sticky.

Add 30g of fine sugar in portions to the egg whites.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Then add cornstarch and continue beating for about 1 minute.

Take half of the egg yolk paste, add half of the beaten egg whites and mix evenly.

Take the other half of the egg yolk paste, add cocoa powder and stir evenly.

Add the remaining half of the beaten egg whites to the cocoa powder paste and mix evenly.

Line a baking sheet with oiled paper, pour the two mixed batters separately, and knock out big air bubbles.
