Asparagus Cured Chicken Wings

In this asparagus and cured wings dish, the chicken wings are salty and slightly sweet, and the asparagus is crispy and contains the flavor of sausage!

Wash and drain 9 chicken wings.

Wash asparagus and cut into long sections.

Sichuan peppercorns, ginger, green onions, and chili peppers are ready.

Cut the front and back of the chicken wings into two halves for easy flavoring. Then pour in 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking oil, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 0.5 spoon of pepper, and 1 spoon of oil. Then add scallions, ginger slices, and peppercorns, mix well, and marinate for an hour, turning twice in the middle.

Remove the onions, ginger and pepper from the marinated chicken wings and discard, leaving the marinated juice aside.

Heat the oil in the pan, sauté the chili peppers and remove them.

Fry the chicken wings until both sides are golden brown. Add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of sugar, the chicken wing marinade soup and sausage. Fry the chicken wings until they are evenly colored. Add half a bowl of water and saute the chili peppers until fragrant. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes to reduce the juice.
