Materials are ready

Wash beef tenderloin and cut into strips

Then marinate with light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch, and sugar for more than 2 hours

Cut carrots and green peppers into strips of uniform thickness

Mince ginger and garlic

Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger until fragrant

Put the shredded beef into oil and quickly remove it (you can stir out the blood of the beef, make it dry and remove the fishy smell)

Heat another pot, heat oil and sauté minced garlic

Add carrots and green pepper shreds in turn and stir-fry until cooked
