Peel the preserved eggs, wash and cut into small pieces and set aside.

Wash the pearl rice and soak it with a few drops of sesame oil in water for half an hour

Wash and chop green onions.

Chop the lean meat into pieces, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and vegetable oil to marinate.

Pour the soaked rice into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water, cover with a lid and bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, add grated ginger and preserved eggs, simmer over low heat until the rice grains are broken and sticky, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir evenly.

Finally, add the minced meat and cook, add white pepper, turn off the heat, sprinkle with green onions, cover and simmer for about ten minutes.
