Mushrooms, green peppers, red peppers.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into thick slices.

Boil an appropriate amount of water in the pot, blanch the mushrooms, take them out and set aside.

Cut green and red peppers into diagonal slices.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry onions, ginger, and pepper until fragrant.

Add the green and red peppers and stir-fry twice.

Pour in the blanched mushrooms.

Season with appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

Stir-fry until flavorful, turn off heat and serve.
