Shred onions and ginger

Pick the white kidney beans and break them into bite-sized pieces.

Use pork belly with skin

Heat the cold oil in a pan and fry the Sichuan peppercorns lightly. If you don't like the peppercorns, take them out after frying and changing their color. Add the fat meat and fry them a little, and then serve them out.

Add the meat slices and stir-fry. When the color changes, add the green onions and ginger.

Add kidney beans and stir-fry until they turn green. Add appropriate amount of sugar. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.

Cut and ready.

Pour in water just enough to cover the vegetables.

Bring to a boil over high heat.

Spread the cut noodles on the dish. I like the color, so I put some carrot slices on it. Then cover and cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes. During this period, you can lift the lid to observe the doneness of the noodles and the soup.

After the noodles are cooked, stir thoroughly with the vegetables and serve.

The texture of the noodles is slightly dry to chewy. If you don't like dry noodles, you can pair it with soup.
